Repair Practices

• All motors are wound to Class H specification using inverter duty wire.
• All windings are vacuum pressure impregnated (VPI) using class H varnish.
• Slot liners and phase insulation are Nomex.
• All sleeving used for jumpers and connections can withstand a 2000 volt surge.
• All motors are continuous wound without weld connections on jumpers.
• We only use the highest quality bearings.
• Motors are tested with 2500 volts to ground.
• Amperage and resistance are measured in every phase individually.
• All labour is fully guaranteed for one year.
